Yea I'll stop just to lose enough lbs to gain them back at the lake this summer.  It's a vicious cycle.

Planning to binge tonight after I get off work, since it's Friday.  I'll probably start with a few glasses of wine (most likely red of some kind), then have a couple of gin and tonics and lastly a scotch or three on the rocks for dessert.

Probably a little of both.  You want a designated driver when you need one, but you also want someone to have fun with when the time is right.
