Candy Canes - do people still eat these things? I don't mind the mini ones but if you try and hand me a full size candy cane you will likely end up with a mouth full of teeth.

When one person, for whatever reason, has a chance to lead an exceptional life, he has no right to keep it to himself.

Also, I remember these little tiny brown (gingerbreadish) hard cookies that come out during this time of year.  They aren't bad.  Can't remember what they're called.

Peppernuts. Yum!

Never been a huge puppy chow fan either, until my gf made it using chex, vanilla almond bark, and funfetti cake mix. Amazing, just a splendid treat.

Get your GF's recipe, PM it over to ChiCatGF.  If she found a way to improve puppy chow, I want in on this

I usually just take candy canes home and hang them on the tree until I can find some sap to give them to.

Tell your gf to get on Pinterest, it's all over I'm sure.

I also like those sausage/Bisquick/cheese balls.

My mom makes those every year on Christmas Eve (among other things).  They look really good and seem like they'd be delicious but instead they're just okay.  I think she's doing it wrong.  :shakesfist:

I've seen several different sauce recommendations.  BBQ, sweat/hot chili and Paula Deen uses half mustard/half mayo.

Just picked up some Hildebrand Farm Eggnog.  Oh my!
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

smuggling home about €50 of Jamon Iberico, some mince pies and Christmas pudding. It's gonna be a good Christmas.

I make some pretty bomb puppy chow.  I can only make like three things, but I'm really good at all of them.

do any of you guys like egg nog?

Egg nog is just okay. Egg nog ice cream is amazing, though.

True story: Chugged egg nog for my senior year talent show in HS.  Entire carton in 8 seconds.  The fact that egg nog is only sold during Christmas time is probably one of the stupidest things America does.

There's some sort of EPAW/spring game contest involving 42 here.

these are a southern tradition, pro tips include using spicy sausage, extra sharp cheddar, and not over working the balls.  that's what he said.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Just picked up some Hildebrand Farm Eggnog.  Oh my!

My eggnog preference has changed. I now prefer thinner more milky nog. Been nogging with Hiland brand this Christmas season.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.
