I did. Was pretty interesting. Not necessarily must watch, but I enjoyed it.

Yep I'll second this.

95% of the passengers on flight 370 were from Asian countries, yet the families they focus on in the documentary in the first episode are white, one of them not even speaking English

That's an interesting observation, I don't think I would have noticed without your post

The new Waco doc series on Netflix is good. I was a child during the Clinton admin so I didn't realize it at the time but eff the DOJ were wildly incompetent on so many occasions in the 90's.

Apparently, this series isn't new and they're playing the same series is now playing on showtime. This might be the best docuseries I've ever seen. Watching this and knowing it was made based on the biographies of the chief negotiator and a survivor of the siege, has me being as close to red pilled as I'm going to be. The federal government killed those people and continue to cover up for it.

If you don't want to watch the whole six hours, they're all very good, watch the last hour. I shouldn't be surprised at how awful our government is and was but holy crap.

Showtime made a sequel to this series that premiers in two weeks that goes into the fallout of Waco that we continue to experience today. It also stars Michael Shannon.

I believe there are numerous characters (and the same actors) between the two shows.

Michael Shannon plays Gary Noesner in both series for example

Nope. Wasn't aware of the Netflix docuseries until I looked it up, two minutes ago. I had to go to imdb to unwrap this. The showtime series was originally released in 2018, but showtime rereleased it leading up to Waco: The Aftermath that premiers on April 14th and is the trailer I posted.

I'm interested in the Netflix docuseries but I'm not sure I can watch it. The drama was based on the books from Noesner and Thibodeaux and they both appear in the Netflix docuseries so I'm not sure what watching that will do other than piss me off all over again. I know there are some dramatizations in the series like Noesner getting fired right before the FBI breached the facility when in actuality he was sent home after day 23.

There is a doc about the Spitfire that is free on Prime and has some gorgeous plane footage if you are at all interested in WWII or planes:

My biggest takeaway from the Johnny Football doc is that Reggie Bush should be livid(and I know he is)!

Finished the first episode of this doc about "The Troubles" in Northern Ireland last night. I went into it with zero knowledge of the subject outside of listening to "Sunday, Bloody Sunday" by U2 and watching the movie Belfast. Very good so far
