I was at the 1998 Baylor Homecoming game when KSU was #4 and went for the meaningless extra touchdown with four seconds left, already up 42-6.

This year you make jokes about the tragic death of Phil Bennett's wife - a family who loved Kansas State and just happens to work for Baylor now.

Karma bit you in the butt in 1998 via Texas A&M and it just did again.  Hope you enjoyed it, you bunch of classless a-holes.

Go Bears.

If karma is losing while on the doorstep of the national championship twice in 14 years, what rough ridin' karma price is bailer paying?

Branch Davidians
not winning a confy road game in 9 years
having one of your basketball players kill another one
actually having to live in Waco

grats on those WBB champys though

Blowout scoreboard.  That is all I have to say to you pricks who think it's funny to make fun of someone who helped your school losing their wife to a lightning strike.

Keep hoping.  He'd be stupid to leave.  Great recruiting ground where ALL his ties are, new stadium, deep pockets willing to pay up here, elite job security, and more.  He turned down Tech, Arky, and others.  No way he becomes a Vol.

Coaches dream of being at a place where 1/4 of the stadium is filled with the opponents fans and where 5-5 is considered success.  He'll stay there if he's a non-competitive loser.

Coaches are the most competitive people in the world - Auburn and UTenn are committed to competing in a way Baylor and KSU can never be.

I could see him staying at BU a few more years to see what happens with Mack but isn't there some hard feelings for Briles in Austin over his 2008 coaches poll ballot?

Maybe fighting the underdog battle year in and year out fits him  :dunno:

KState fans would of least filled the stadium for a 7 pm national telecast with the #1 team in the nation in town.

curious, does Bennett get fired because it took something shocking on a message board to get him to do his job

or do all Baylor fans start posting shocking things as opposing fan socks to get him to continue to do his job

I'm interested to see how this plays out

Thank goodness your coach and quarterback represent your school better than the posters on this board.  You make fun of the loss of someone's wife?
Then brag about how you will put it on this turd of a defense.  Think God isn't at work?
52-24 folks and you were NEVER in the game, vs the WORST defense in the country.
I'll be waiting to see the apologies to Phil and his family now.
