I'm not sure they're rounding into form. They barely beat KU. They barely beat WVU (granted that was a while ago). We dominated TT, and they barely beat them. And we will have the rowdiest home crowd we've ever had, plus the Big 12 refs on our side.

you have one fact wrong here

OMG they lost to WVU!!

FWIW, I was NEVER worried during TCU, or even the least bit upset with how we were playing.

In addition to being crappy against the run, they're bottom half of the conference when it comes to giving up punt and kick returns.

There really isn't anything that they do better than we do.

Not worried.

What if those other Texas wins hurt us. You know, in the "long run".

texas is only scary because they have the talent to beat anyone if they decide to wake up and use it.

it's not likely that they will, but you never know.   :ohno:

wasn't worried, but was upset we weren't blowing out those losers by 40.

However, watched the game from youtube, and wasn't as pissed this time.

I think we have more talent than them, especially at key positions like OL, DL, LB, and QB.

Yeah, I was pretty pissed that we weren't taking advantage of turnovers. The field goal after the muffed punt was infuriating.

Yeah, when it was 27-21 with 4 minutes left and they had the ball and had just marched the ball down our throats for a TD on their previous drive.

i agree, but other than OU, this is likely the biggest collection of "talent" we will face in conf (whatever that's worth).

i still expect k-state will win by a few TD's.

I mean, yeah, you're right.  We should be equally nervous about Texas as we were going into the ISU game.

Based on what? YPC allowed and punt returns? :sdeek:

ISU at the time we played them was a better team than Texas is right now. We will stomp Texas.
