Yea that was a bad game (also the one right after Pachall's dumbass got a dui).  Our play calling and motivation were dogshit.  Offense was 3 and outs all game until they decided to trust Boykin at the end of the game.

Not saying it means much to most people nowadays.  But TCU does have an AP national championship in 1938.  More than KState can claim in the entirety of their history.  So you can not really say "closer to a MNC than TCU has ever been"
