It is a good video, and the Ath Dept agreed. But, they had several good reasons why they were forced to ask for the video to be removed.

Such as? Unless Rockhouse was soon going to be making some controversial short film, I can't see why the video shouldn't stay. Obviously, there is nothing wrong with the video itself.......must be the people behind it.

Just a guess, but looking at their website Rockhouse looks like they are in business and making money by making videos and photography. The rest of the K-State videos out there (as far as I can tell) are put together by fans, and I think in those cases K-State doesn't care because the video simply promotes K-State. But in this case, the video could be used to help promote a business  and does so by using images of K-State players. Seems like it would be similar to the tshirt situation some folks get themselves into.

Hey Captain Crap, is there an explanation as to why there has never been a video posted on K-StateHD of the trophy presentation?  Maybe I just missed it.  Thanks if you have scoop, you usually do!

I assume somebody official got Rockhouse on the sideline but did not realize Rockhouse prolly has to pay for the privilege if they are going to see a financial benefit from the video, similar to _FAN can't use the powercat unless he pays for the copyright?
