:dnr: entire thread, but evidently you can just replace everything unhealthy when cooking with greek yogurt, right guys?

I use it instead of ketchup.

I haven't had yogurt for years. I would like it better if it was at least 100 proof.

Ha ha, at least it would get you drunk then right bones129?

That would be the upside.

I use it instead of air.  i breathe yogurt.  so far I've lost 100 pounds and my cholesterol is so low my doctor had prescribed me 1000 cc's of bacon fat per day injected directly into some artificial artery plaque he implanted in my heart.

The plain stuff has tons of uses.  Have put it in smoothies dressings and even in some muffins.  It's pretty much magic. Mix it up in a blender with fresh jalapeños for a damn good dip.

Oh, Trader Joe's, wasn't even sure that was still a thing.  Just assumed all the elites had moved on to Wholefoods.  This is awkward.

I like to eat a greek yogurt and slice of toast in the morning for breakfast.

I don't like carbs for breakfast and I have no idea how it became a thing.
:sdeek:

I've had a routine of making 4 eggs folding it over with cheese inside and then putting it in a burrito. mmm mmm breakfast burrito

I like any of the fruit on the bottom yogurts because you don't have to mix all of the sugar mixture in.  Little know fact, but most Yogurts have more sugar than about 17 packs of skittles.

My TJ's greek vanilla has 17g of sugar compared to 44g in a package of regular flavored skittles

so it sounds like to have to dump a whole ton of crap into greek yogurt to make it palatable.  why don't you just eat fruit and nuts if you want to eat fruit and nuts?

I'm too tired to read this thread tonight, but I am gonna try and get Mrs Rex to drop some knowledge on the phenomenon that is weird Mediterranean yogurt tomorrow.

Spoiler: her hilariously successful restauranteur relatives use a chicken recipe very similar to SD's first post.
