Guys, the yoplait kind that has the hat full of granola on top of it that you mix in right before eating is about as fantastic as any yogurt out there.

Not a huge fan of the greek yogurt.  Have only tried the chobani or oikos and only their strawberry and peach.  Both were disgusting.  Like what I would imagine good yogurt would taste like if I sat it in the sun outside for too long and then let my dog throw up in it.

Oddly enough, still willing to try it in a diff brand/flavor.

it would suck to have terrible genes like you guys where you constantly crave snacks, etc. and must focus on eating yogurt because
a) it bridges your hunger between meals (eating disorder?)
b) you have to eat it because it is "healthy" and your body struggles to deal with your attraction to your high fat/unheathy diet.

I get yogurt primarily because it's easy to store/eat at work.

I play basketball at 6am, stop into Safeway on the way to work and by my Fage Greek Yogurt for the week (mixing up the flavors of course), and then eat it at my desk while I fire up goEMAW.com. It's a pretty great routine, except for one time I left an extra yogurt in the fridge over the weekend and it got thrown out (or someone stole it).

Also sometimes I will change it up and get a 4 pack of Vanilla yogurt (fit & slim or something) and a container of blueberries or raspberries or blackberries to mix in. But I kind of prefer the Greek kind.

Little known fact, yogurt is a greek word that means "dog barf".  It is a good think we americanized it and made it edible.  Nice try again EU!!

I have one activia lite and a couple sips of coffee then it's straight to the throne for my morning BM.

Afterward I feel all

I don't like chobani or oikos vanilla, both seem too sweet to me. fage plain yogurt is my go-to for cooking.

start a cooking yogurt thread then, this is an eating yogurt thread.

you can change the thread title, but you can't change the will of the people.  99 great posters talking eating yogurt and poor ol' nazi dave posting to a wall about cooking yogurt.

I don't like carbs for breakfast and I have no idea how it became a thing.

best flavor:
vanilla

best brand:
trader joe's

best use in cooking:
marinate chicken in it with cumin, ground red pepper, tumeric, cinnamon, ginger, coriander, lemon juice and skewer/grill

WTF is wrong with you?!

I haven't had yogurt for years. I would like it better if it was at least 100 proof.
