The no call where Perry got chop blocked (could have been injured) was near criminal. And of course Washburn gets the time out after that.

I thought he did a good job the first half blending in, but the second half Higgins was awful.Get used to him thou, he does a lot of our games each year.

Interesting that Higgins does many games including NCAA tournament games yet some complain. No ref gets all the calls right and to simply infer he is worse than others is
probably misleading. Self gets after all refs when he disagrees. Call it working the refs
for future calls.

Yeah but IIRC, Self a few years back went absolutely ballistic on him.  I think it was regarding a moving screen.  He ended up getting T'd up and had to almost be restrained because Higgins said something to him that set him off.  I watched the two since then and it doesn't seem he likes Higgins.

I  was just a little perplexed . . . I think the general hate of Higgins is univeral.

As an EMAW fan we've all seen John come into the Bram and make sure the other team stayed in the game, albeit there have been a couple of times where John helped ensure an EMAW significant victory.   But keeping the other team in the game has been his speciality.   Was he out there at CU 3 years ago when we basically couldn't even blink or take a sip of water without being called for a foul?
