November 24   7:00 PM   vs. #4 Missouri   #2   Arrowhead Stadium • Kansas City, MO (Border Showdown)   ABC   L 28–36     80,537

#2 is the highest

not sure where anyone is getting they were #1 in the 90's, their best season was 10-2 and they were like 7th when they lost to us.

looks like 1968 they were #3 for 3 weeks.

You need to stop caring about what KU fans think.  You're a K-Stater, EMAW, all the validation you need.  If they had been #1 for 500 weeks it doesn't mean crap now.  Army and Navy have spent time at #1, are they relevant?
