I would think that qualifies.  I don't the whole ImPACT procedures myself.  The instructor did say that "they" can tell when the results of an ImPACT are faked, but I don't even know who "they" are.  Some medical board?

Considering the instructor started the conversation with "Is Collin concussed?", he was just relaying what schools do for concussions these days.  He then went on about some of the humorous stuff doctors would do for concussed players back in the mid-20th century.
