Author Topic: Serously, how rough ridin' strong do the Cats look right now? (Read 12064 times)

I can't remember a team who has looked better through this point in the season. That may even include 98. We've taken on a top ten team at their house and won. We've beaten high-powered offenses. We've beaten power running, ginder types. We've made decent teams look bad. Even when we've been (relatively) mistake proned like today we've stayed in dominant position throughout the game.

The win over floodaggie isn't what I'm blathering about. This team just has "it." I'm not even sure what "it" is, but whatever needs to be done these guys get it done. The offense is great, no one can run on us. It is really something to behold.

Drink it in fellas. Enjoy it while it lasts.

If we win next week I'll feel pretty confident with an undefeated regular season prediction. TTU is at home and OSU, UT, TCU and Baylor are all mediocre.

Kind of hoping that if we win out that we play ND. Fitting that if the worst program in history wins the title it is against notre dame.

oh yeah, i know. i just meant that there weren't any teams as good as 'bama and oregon back then. s. carolina is the wildcard. they actually remind me a lot of the old kstate teams, and it's a tossup in my mind whether they are better or not.

it doesn't matter, domino. the voters will have seen how nd struggled with stanford and they will not have been impressed. they will be behind kstate and florida for sure.

Honestly, I think they jump us this week, then we jump them after next week. This won't matter in the long run because they are losing to OU

We would have been in much better position for the final polls had Texas won. I don't really care if Notre Dame jumps us for a week or two.

I'm officially on team #burnitdown on the basketball board. I've never seen sys jump ship like this before. Watching him throw in the towel and come to the football board is depressing for bball.
