[qupte] CPR loves to "coach" as well. ISU is a better "coaching" job because we don't get all the top flight recruits. Money isn't everything either as has already been pointed out. Living close to family here in Iowa is priceless for some (myself included). I could leave and double my salary but I make a very good living here in Iowa and this is where I want to be. At $2M/yr CPR can provide pretty much anything his family needs, he has great job security at ISU, and he loves Iowa.
