There's a lot we could talk about in this post, but I'll start with the one that's easiest to disprove. The doctrine of Immaculate Conception refers to the conception of Mary, not Mary's conception of Jesus. It holds that Mary was conceived and born by her mother free of original sin.
The doctrine seems to have appeared as early as the 5th century, but it was disputed. It was addressed again in the 15th century. It was not dogmatically defined until the mid-19th century!
There is no mention anywhere in Scripture that Jesus taught that Mary was immaculately conceived. If that teaching was a cause of Jesus' crucifixion, we would expect the Gospel writers to mention it. They did not do so.
