This girl writes a thousand posts a day. Half of them are bashing men.

Quote
Yes... yes he will. He will be nothing like the trash I have encountered. It may take years to undo the damage the he has been exposed to already, but I will....... he will know what true love and healthy relationships look like. He will know how a man is supposed to treat a woman. He will know how to court a girl... give her the chance to fall in love and show her he is worth it by earning it. He will know how to continue to show that until the day he dies. In the same way he will know how a woman should treat him... what it means to stand up for himself in an appropriate way... what it means to put himself and God first. He will know how to respect the sanctity of a relationship.... both his and everyone else's.
My son... will be better.
This girl has been ruined by so many men. She screams it everyday on FB.

Quote
If I could only teach my son one life lesson... it would be to never let the fear of being alone allow him to put up a front of something he is not. Either in friendships or relationships... always just be you even if it seems like that is someone noone wants around.
Trying to be someone else just creates habits that will eventually push away those you want in your life the most, bc the ones we want in our lives the most want the real us.

Quote
So I think my kid has been watching Papa and Gigi too much, but I'm not complaining. I put my foot out to climb outta my bed this evening and he grabbed and..... when I asked what he was doing he said "rubbing your feet mommy!"
Good boy baby... good boy. Keep teaching him right Papa!! Ha!

Oh and I just realized my date can totally see this post... oh well... can't hide that I am a hot mess that is proud to be addicted to selfies, he's already on my fb! HA!

My new favorite type of FB poster is the girl who posts positive plus size model stories, big girl stories who are comfortable in their own skin, etc. But then posts every time she just ran 4 miles at the gym and takes selfies of themselves in the mirror after their workout.

More on this chick. She posted a photo of a guy who wrote this

Quote
I'm not sure when men decided that 30 was the new 15. When men thought it was better to remain independent than making a commitment to another. When men we're courageous in business and battle but afraid to be fathers. I'm not sure when video games and "guy night" became more important than tee-ball and date night. When 4 year relationships weren't long enough for a proposal. When staying out became cooler than showing up. I'm not sure when men became boys.
Our culture has a boy problem. In Italy, they call it Peter Pan Syndrome. I call it immaturity and selfishness. Men so focused on their dreams, their visions, and their desires they find themselves wealthy, known, and alone.
The adult world doesn't need more boys. We need men who will grow up, know up, and show up. Who will fight for romance and commit quickly and stay indefinitely. To turn their hearts toward children and work to raise them well. To be friends who grow friends. Not just by compliments, but accountability and conviction. We need more men.
We need more men of integrity and character. Those who will hold a moral code and not compromise it. Those who love women, treat them as they would their own daughters and lead them when everything doesn't make sense... They would lead. We need more men.
Today, I turn 31. I'm a man. And I'm proud of that. Please share as a birthday gift smile emoticon ?#?EveryPostALesson? ?#?DaleyWisdom?

She forgot to @ me here with her response:

Quote
This was so beautifully said. Does it encompass every unwed 30 yr old man, of course not... but oh so very true to so much of what I have seen from both close friends and those I have loved in the past. IT'S TIME TO GROW UP!

She talks so much ish, without @ing.  :frown: Can someone decipher this?

Quote
That moment when someone is talking to you and your face just keeps looking at them like they should maybe be committed and you can't seep to stop it, so they start to try and justify their statement... and you both realize, your facial expression hasn't changed......
Oy vey! Where does this girl come up with this crap!? Seriously?

She's going to be forever alone, which is sad cause no one should be alone  But seriously, that lady is a mental case just reading through all of that.

Yeah, Ms. Wacky keeps telling me to hide her, but I just can't. Also, we have a mutual friend who recently got engaged and he moved to St. Louis for her. He posts about 3 times a day about confessing his love for her. It's getting overwhelming. I'm happy for him, but if he keeps it up, He's finding this combofanning thread. Enough already! We get it!
