He insisted I was drunk though because no-one in their right mind would reverse down an on ramp to the highway. I told him that I would regardless of what I had consumed.

Did he also admit he's physically dependent on pain killers?

Wouldn't that be a pretty decent ticket?  Or did we gloss over that part?

Swag isn't something you're born with, it's something you lie about, to everybody, including yourself.

Not as bad as it seems...

Stolen Valor really pisses me off, so if the SV Facebook page is okay with it, I am too.

If you didn't click the link, the kid is an officer's son. He wore part of his dad's uniform for Halloween and made a bad joke with the text in that pic. Didn't really try to portray himself as a military member. He also apologized and reached out to SV personally.

TL;DR - dumb kid, stupid mistake, not SV, no biggie.

So, what does "you guys know what to do" entail, and is it possibly criminal behavior?

I've seen a spike in trying to shame people who do something to disrespect the military lately.

Jumping to conclusions makes you do funny things like wanting to kill a guy's son and then buy that guy breakfast.
