I really have faith this team could win all of them. Seriously. I'm not going to be at all surprised if Texas or WVU or even OSU gets us
OU team, that's lost 4 out its last 7 conference games.
I don't think we executed as well as we could have against OU. Don't get me wrong, we played mistake free. But in terms of our best game, I don't think that was our ceiling. Just my opinion.

What I meant was I believe we CAN win them all, yet a loss to UT, WVU, or OSU won't shock me. My EXPECTATION is a share of the Dr. Pep.

Going for 4th and 1 in our own territory, the play calls on the 3rd & 11 and 3rd & 12 etc.
We will lose at least 2 games between TCU, OSU, UT, and WVU... We will lose one between TT, BU, and ISU. 3 losses kids. Phil Steele isn't Phil Steele because he's stupid.

Was it an issue of not liking the look that the defense gave, or what?

Going for 4th and 1 in our own territory, the play calls on the 3rd & 11 and 3rd & 12 etc. It was clear that it was his intent to play it very close to the vest and loosen as the game progressed. I would have preferred we didn't do that but we won so...Also I don't think those third down play calls took much courage, we had no shot in converting them with runs, running in either case would have been the ultimate "playing not to lose." IMO the full credit for those plays should be with the execution of them.
Coming into the season every one of us would have been okay with 10-2 or 9-3. To get to those marks we had to win at least 3 of these games. @ OU, @WVU, OSU, @TCU, UT. We've won 1 of these games, not two or three. Nothing has changed, we're on the way but have plenty of work to do, not to mention having to navigate trap games like @ISU and hosting TT.I'll revisit my stance after flood aggy and coal aggy.
Hey dumbasses, we took last year's conference champ to the wire on the road, and we're better this year. We'll be fine.

WVU has a pretty pud schedule the rest of the way. their only road games of any substance are @TX and @OSU. They get us, OU, TCU and Baylor at home. Everyone cheer your taints off for Baylor tonight.Midnight Yell practice?

Was it an issue of not liking the look that the defense gave, or what?It was a full yard to go, as opposed to just a few inches like the previous one, which is much, much harder to convert. I'm not sure why we blew the timeout if we were going to take a penalty and then punt though. That seemed silly.

Why waste the timeout if you knew you wanted to punt anyway. Can't you try to draw them offsides without using a timeout. I'll stop nitpicking and shut up
