Watched the last part of the Reds baseball game as the scoreboard was cut halfway off the tv. Did this for the chiefs game a couple weeks ago. Why does it do this? Is just my tv or what? I'd it does this for the game tonight I will be pissed

Upgrade to HD. Alternatively, complain to your service provider.

 Most channels  are formatted for HD viewing even on regular channels if you have it in High Def it fixes the issue.
