WTF, ear infections and now my throat hurts and I'm pretty sure I have a fever. Of course I can't see a doctor tomorrow.

You are probably experiencing infections caused by allergies. Try taking some zyrtec and I would use zicam as well.

Don't go to the doctor, and go to work.
