Some interesting items:

WVU -28 v. Maryland  (are the Terps horrible?) :horrorsurprise:

Baylor -7 to Monroe (I know they look like a middling sec team but really?)

KU +10 to NIU (who almost lost to Army)

Cal+17 to USC (if the media wills it, usc is a nc contender)  :jerk:

We are going to kick their assholes in, I will not be swayed from this opinion.
And then we should move our state line south a few hundred feet....effing dirt thieves  :shakesfist:
We should make them cede the panhandle...then they will be just a shitty little pan and we will be permanently attached to our rival.

No. Oklahoma would have to pay another state to take that.

Optimist: Cats covered almost every spread last year.  I'm not worried.

Pessimist:  OU was the team that shat all over the spread last year.

The real problem here is that there is a rough ridin' ocean to cross between covering this spread and actually winning the game.

Maybe we can get floodaggie in here for some advice in this one.
Free edge up to defensive starters when opponents held under 10.

A 7 to 10 point loss would be a confidence booster for me. After the north Texas dog crap game

I really hope Bill schemed the team and actually let them overlook N Texas last week and that we have been practicing for OU all last week.

Otherwise, our run D makes me  :runaway:

I'll bet it was the Dr. Pepper in 2003.  That line was huge.  Dennis Dodd had his famous pre-game quote "Pacific islands have better chances against tsunamis than K-State has against Oklahoma."

+15 now.

down to +13.5

Oh man lots of farmers about to lose the farm

protip: farmers didn't move that line  :sdeek:

Yeah, there's about to be a massive number of bets placed on OU, possibly followed by the game getting pulled off the board.
I got a guy on the other line about some white walls

OU was 14-point favorites in 2003.

We were 17-point favorites in 1998.  :flush:

Nebraska was 20.5-point favorites in 1996.

I have a purely subjective question: What was the bigger fluke?

58-17 or 35-7

Damn good question, the biggest fluke number of the 4 is definitely holding OU to 7.

Yeah Maryland are complete trash.  Randy Edsall will get fired at some point this season and its only his second at UM.  They beat William & Mary at home 7-6.  They just lost a home game to UCONN, the school Edsall ditched for Maryland.  UM is without a doubt worse than Marshall & we know how the WVU game turned out for them.  -28 is easy money, I'm sure that line will increase before kick off.

Without saying anything regarding K-State, what exactly seems impressive about Oklahoma?
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Their coach, his record as head coach, his home record as head coach, his QBs, and his 5 star players pretty much everywhere.

. . . the fact the head coach and the DC know Snyder inside and out and back again, and likely understand that K-State will come out tight as a snare drum in winter, and the trifecta of Snyder/Dimel/Miller will have outschemed themselves (as usual) particuarly in the first half and so we'll likely look like a train wreck (see 1st half Cotton Bowl).

Not to mention our bend but don't break defense will allow superior athletes to turn up field and will clownsuit our tacklers.

You act like that movie I just described has never been seen before.

It will be a typical trip to Norman, we'll look like a$$ during certain parts and then likely make it respectable.
