My only hope is that DJamer Wally apologized in the most personal way possible to Jesse Robinson via a text message.

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

If they  are going to be THAT shitty at their jobs, then why not try and recruit the guys they call?  Start trying to sway some people to sign...I mean, add some value someplace.

Seriously, there was a time that GPC was BITB for K-State sports. Sadly that ended in the mid 2000s, starting when K-State started getting good beat guys like JMart. Weird that GPC never tried anything new after regular newspaper guys started figuring out most people got their sports news from the internet.

Fitz still makes quite a bit on print powercat illustrated, which is a testament to how backward a large segment of our fan base really is.

His subscriber base will continue to deteriorate, however.  Old people die.

They have the good fortune of being part of the Rivals network, which really is a good infrastructure.  Maybe someone will fire up a good KSU 24/7 site, those 24/7 ones are popping up all over.

Good points. The rivals network and a fan base that is fine with the print magazine is a big part of GPC making it so long.

The actual sports discussion and breakdown on their boards was once pretty good, but most of those posters are gone or don't post anymore.

If it were actually his "It's Patterson" moment he wouldn't have apologized but would have blamed everyone but himself.

The important lesson for all of us to learn is that if you ever book this guy to DJamer your wedding, you had better make damned sure that you and your future spouse do not have the same first or last name as anybody else he has on his schedule. That guy would show up at the wrong place, and then send you somebody else's bill.

I'm mostly worried that there's only 30 recruits on his radar.  Does explain a lot though.

I have so many random contacts programmed into my phone that I may never use again. You know why? Because it's rough ridin' simple and takes two seconds.

His lack of follow up on left messages.  I mean, he keeps saying he has called and called but no one ever answers.  I wouldn't answer either if someone called me looking for CNS Smith.

How confused must Jesse Ertz have been?

About a month after he commits to KSU, the Rivals guy texts and asks for a commitment.

He had to be like, :dunno:

So, this almost certainly ruined any chance we had at the non-committed Jesse and will probably cause the committed Jesse to decommit if he ever gets a decent offer. Good job DJDumbfuck.

Actually he's a giant piece of crap.
Koppe is a giant idiot bad person for sure but he's nowhere close to as big of an idiot bad person as others. To my knowledge Koppe has never bought an adult trike or talked to a dog whisperer.
