I have wanted that stupid ceremony of allegiance removed for as long as I can remember.  Also, I have never watched a KSU half-time, and I've been going to games since 1993.

It's great that this guy isn't as public now and all, but I still think he should be fired. The real problem is that he's a university employee. This is probably just going to make him do some more crazy crap in the future, and every time he makes the news, he will be referred to as a Kansas State University employee.

Meh, I am not a fan of marching bands.  I'd rather have the basketball pep band do the football games, and just mic them up.  Maybe some guitars as well.

I would agree that this specifically shouldn't be a reason to fire him. But if he is actually this much of a dumbfuck there is no way he is good at his job and probably could easily be fired for performance.
