Highlights (this will be quicker than usual because I have to catch a flight home from Chicago)…

* Kansas State jumped to No. 2, a six-spot improvement from last week, after its victory at Iowa State.

That’s not an easy place to win and, combined with the win in Norman last month, gives the Wildcats two impressive road Ws.

(I also took Oklahoma’s performance vs. Texas into account when evaluating K State.)

Also, further proof that the small number of you who were cheering for UT are rough ridin' stupid.

I wrestled with a few teams. Should Stanford remain ranked after losing in overtime to Notre Dame? Does Kansas State deserve to be ranked ahead of Florida?

Which leads me to - do we want Notre Dame undefeated when they lose to OU? That would make the victory look even better, right?
