With as much money as it loses, I'm stunned they were able to come up with a value. The real estate must qualify as some pre-cercla disposal zone that would be extremely valuable as a hazardous waste receptacle to the local tire factory, coal plant, fertilizer plant and other gross polluters.

Agreed. All 9 wins were against unranked teams and all 4 losses were against ranked teams.
