It's not speed, the speed test on youtube has me at 10.06 mbps.

Of course, you’ll want to disable one of these files to ensure that, moving forward, Chrome only utilizes one of these files when it needs to use Flash.

Is anything else you do pretty choppy, or just full screen video? When you say "Streaming video", do you mean youtube? Does this happen if you try to play a DVD full screen?

DVD, videos downloaded, etc. Full screen no problem.

It's when I try to stream a video from youtube, hulu, etc. that I have issues.
