Do you still have the original windows disc? If so I would throw that sucker in and just reboot the entire system.

It's when I try to stream a video from youtube, hulu, etc. that I have issues.
uninstall trend micro and install microsoft security essentials.
call up your ISP and accuse them of sucking balls

seems like a flash issue
how did you address the flash part?
