Normalizing sexual deviancy - 50 Shades of Grey
« on: August 19, 2012, 10:07:48 AM »
Not there there are too many people on this board that
have read it, but I've definitely seen it mentioned on Facebook a lot by
the womenfolk.  Just seems like another "normalization" of certain
sexually deviant practices.

There are a lot of uses for baby oil that have nothing to do with children so I just don't think that is a valid argument.

I used to know a girl who used it for a reason not listed, nothing to do with kids though.

I really feel sorry for the ladies that think 50 shades is revolutionary, and even more, raunchy. My fiance has been reading book porn for years, and it blows away this 50 shades crap. When she introduces her friends to the books, they gasp... It's some naughty shizz!  :peek:

Is it still deviant once it's normalized?

I would guess that we would have to spend a good while arguing over what normal is.

Which obviously makes "deviant" meaningless as well.

Pro Tip:  Trying to make sense of a Jeffy post on gpc is a fruitless task.  Best to just enjoy the alternate realm and comfort yourself that he is over there, safe and happy.
