Have you seen Sam Harvill?

Kristi Harvill reported that her son, 20 year old Kansas State University student-athlete Samuel Harvill had not been seen since 1:30 PM yesterday.  The RCPD is currently attempting to contact Mr. Harvill to check his welfare.
 Mr. Harvill may be in a Silver 2005 Dodge R15 Pick-up truck with large tires and black rims.

Persons with knowledge of Mr. Harvill’s whereabouts are asked to call the RCPD at 785-537-2112 ext 0.

KSU Head Football Coach LHC Bill Snyder released this statement, "We are concerned for Sam's safety and welfare. We are in contact with his family and area law enforcement authorities and will continue to assist in any way possible."

Any chance it is an overbearing mother (who sent her son 45 minutes away and to another state to play high school football)  who is just worried because her son forgot to check in?  I mean, from the time of the last time his mother knew he'd been seen to when she reported him missing was like 22 hours.  I dunno, seems weird.

no, he's got some recurring mental issues.  now, they could have ultimately stemmed from the being raised like that but he got into some weird stuff and isn't all there anymore.

Updated Information:

As of 9:00 AM on 08-17-2012 Mr. Harvill has not been
located.  The Riley County Police
Department continues to follow up on information it has received from the
public since the original report was filed.

All available information has been distributed
through press releases.  RCPD employees
will not comment further.  Future
developments will be distributed through follow up Press Releases.
