tried to smoke it once, effing sucked.  since you said it though, we would sell lambs/goats to somalians around manhattan that would tell us how to prepare it and make it good, it's a "heavy" tasting meat, greasy, really hard to explain but the best i can is

eff it eat pork or beef

I call fake.  If you've ever done a goat roast, goat meat is lean and cooks super dry.  Pro tip - use lots of vegetable oil.
