Let me set the stage:

about 11 pm alone in my dark dorm room freshman year. I turn the tv on and it appears to be that a lawyer type movie with keanu reeves has just started, so i get sucked in and meet al pacino, etc. obviously this is devil's advocate, but at the time i had never seen it and did not know what it was about. there is a scene with charlize theron where the other wives are changing clothes and comparing boobs, then all of a sudden out of nowhere, one of their faces transforms to a horrifying monster face for a split second and growls.
I nearly fell out of bed and screamed like a little girl. WAS NOT PREPARED for demon faces in what i thought was a typical lawyer movie. man oh man.

One time when I was a very youngster I watched the carniverous slugs movie while eating Rice Crispies out of a huge salad bowl and traumatized myself. The slugs sounded just like the rice crispies snap crackle popping. I refused to eat rice crispies for like 5 years.

With Jodie Foster? Now that you mention it I guess it did kinda have a scary sorta feel to it.I was always kinda afraid the doctor dude was gonna get caught wackin off to naked Nell by the lady doctor ...is that the part that scared you most?

i had a very similar experience. that crap came out of no where.
