oh man i loved that show growing up. my mom had to make special trips to specific grocery stores to buy me the tiny toons cereal. also, the episode where the characters sing oldies songs is the greatest.

Agreed.  Watched the first epi and thought so.  Then after two seasons, have a bunch of people telling me how awesome it is, I decide to give it another try.  Turns out it's exactly what I originally thought it was and I am an amazing judge of the quality of sitcoms.

incorrect

(unless you watched the first couple episodes before they really found their groove.)

btw, you want amazing cameos? This is your show with amazing cameos. My goodness.

Michael Stipe: Ice Cream Man
Iggy Pop: Neighbor
Steve Buscemi: Dad's arch nemesis
Janeane Garafolo (sp?): .....teacher, or something?
Ellen Cleghorn: Bus Driver Sally
etc.

I can't get into anything with a laugh track. It's insulting. Like we are too dumb to know when the jokes are (or if they are funny). eff you laugh tracks.

Really makes you appreciate the staying power of Seinfeld.  It still is fan-freaking-tastic yet had the handicap of a laugh track.  Watch an episode of Cheers and see how poorly it aged compared to Seinfeld

You people watch awful television.

did anybody else love the early 2000's dramedy on nbc about a bowling alley lawyer?? it was called Ed.

it had the heart attack guy from mad men, the blond from modern family, the gas guy from dumb and dumber, michael ian black, jim gaffigan had a small recurring role.. there were ten dollar bets

seriously guys, it was pretty fantastic.

2. The Life and Times of Tim
Oh my word, Mr. Bread! Great Illini minds think alike!

The Life and Times of Tim is coming back onto HBO.  Probably the funniest show (cartoon or otherwise) I've ever seen.

I always felt like they were way too rough ridin' pushy with wanting you to like the main character.  Like "Hey, this guy is super rough ridin' likeable, so you know like him a whole lot."  And I'm all "If he's so rough ridin' great, then just let it happen on its own and stopping rough ridin' pushing him on me all the time!"  JFC.  So off-putting.  Might as well have tried attempted date raping me as a marketing campaign.

So many great characters.  Tim (of course), Stu, Tim's boss.  Tim's boss was really a fave.  His dialogue and delivery nearly LOLed me to death on multiple occasions.

My favorite I think was the halloween episode where tim has to pretend he has Aspergers and the Boss makes him say mean stuff to all the people he doesn't like because he can blame it on "his condition."

The Boss and his dachshund (Keith) were dressed as Hall and Oates.

And, yeah, Stuballs was incredible.

Yes!  .  Just super, super stuff.

Also, The Priest episodes.  "The sin is in the meat."  .

Plus, The Boss on jazz.

Tim gets fired with great condom use overkill line.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&v=yFbnpbOFJrs&NR=1.
