Actually... I had crippling rheumatoid arthritis problems that started when I was 16 and didn't go away (no cure, but I've been non-symptomatic and back to normal for many years now) until age 22. I went from being a tournament kickboxer at 14/15 years old to barely able to tie my own shoes or write with a pen at age 20. I have the hands and knees of a 90 year old man; it's like rice krispies every day when I first wake up and start moving around.

So... In my case, it may look weird because of exactly that problem.
