Huh. Well the one time I had gates it came off as kinda sweet to me instead of vinegary. When I had Carolina bbq the vinegar kicked me in the face comparatively.

Agree that Gates is somewhat sweet...

From the wiki:
Quote
Gates barbecue sauce does NOT contain molasses, and the ingredients, as listed on the bottle, are: "Tomatoes, vinegar, salt, sugar, celery, garlic, spices, and pepper. 1/10 of 1% potassium sorbate preservative added." It is available in Original Classic, Mild, Sweet & Mild, and Extra Hot varieties.

Lucha: not racist, not authentic.

Never heard of anyone having this problem at La Hacienda, FWIW.

have heard they are racist, however.

Racism confirmed. Boycotting La Hacienda until racist tendancies and child labor cease.

racism or anti-serial killer / pedophile?  Might be time to look in the mirror and decide whether or not you are a friend of goEMAW or not.

Well 'Meister ordered and was discriminated against as well. His order was separate, so there is no chance he was associated with me. So, two options here:

A- 'Meister is a serial killer or pedophile
B- La Hacienda is racist

You must choose.
I think what my friend Mitch is trying to say is that true love is blind.

what is this thread's opinion on lucha's? racist or no racist?

No racist. Every person who works there speaks english as their first language.

No, it's acceptable.

I like to judge people who think El Mezcal is good Mexican food based on their "queso" and chips and salsa.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

You're referring to eastern style Carolina sauce.   Western style does have varying levels of tomato, but not near as much as the ketchup based KC sauces.  I prefer a thinner, Gates style sauce over a thick sauce like Masterpiece.
