Baylor broadcast

Got home from Waco all  :excited:, so I watched most of the broadcast.  Got the bearcast.  Basketball announcers with Texas announcers really crack me up.

Also, very uninspiring concessions.

Worst thing about being there was that we sat between two sets of old-timers who had plenty of old-timey and assorted goofy things to say about the game.

"Never give up the baseline!"

"They've completely shut down Jake!" (said at halftime)

"Worst half we've played all year.  If we were playing anybody else we'd be down 15!"  (also said at halftime)

"Quit shooting quick threes!"  (said after every made transition three)

"Live by the three, die by the three!" (said after every missed three)

I appreciated their emawness, but I would have appreciated it more had they emawed in respectful silence.

They really were.  Love to see them do national games.  Those guys doing Georgetown-Syracuse would be more or less the greatest thing in the world.

They were pretty good. It's like they didn't really care about Baylor, it was just their job.

They just seemed happy to be there.  Very cheerful about the whole thing start to finish.
