He looks super tired from having to carry that stuff around all day.  I imagine this is part of their off season conditioning.

Man, if Chuck ever gets a hold of that pic, that poor guy will be in for it.

I thought Lawrence airport basically served as a base for cropdusters and people desperate and rich enough to fly away from there.  Is it really this nice?

That's definitely Lawrence Airport, but what you are seeing is about 10% of that entire building. You are correct about the cropdusters and random rich people with planes.
