I'm sure she'll be as objective as the judge in Kalifornia who was also gay who heard that case. The absolute last thing we want is for the will of the people to be heard.

if you truly believe that this affects heterosexuals (it doesn't, but if you truly believe that...), then wouldn't you have to admit that a heterosexual judge shares the same potential conflict of interest in deciding the case?

To be comparable the heterosexual judge would have to be part of family values group that was publicly opposing gay marriage. This judge is an activist for the plaintiff.


This does affect heterosexuals, because they want to adopt our children. And somehow we have come to accept the fact that we will willfully make sure that a child never knows what it is like to have a mother or a father. And we are ok with that.
