I saw arthur today with his bifocals on and a kstate athletic cutoff tshirt. he looked glorious. back on subject though hopefully he can get some of those performance enhancing contacts and that should help the mid range game..

Are you asking about cutoff sleeves or midsection? Ain't gonna lie, if I was him, I'd bring the early 90s back and do both.
I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

You want this from our safeties, or our LB's?  I sure miss Jim Leavitt (damn you, Currie! )

Are Tre and Art going to be better in pass coverage this year?  Tre was especially not good at it.  All those new biscuits may slow him down a bit too!  :sdeek:

ArT was laughable in coverage at times as well last year.

yeah, but he had more opportunities to be exposed because he was left in on passing downs and Tre was yanked.

definitely need to try and keep out of iso situations on slot receivers. specifically remember a td play in the cotton bowl..

meh. that was just a great throw by wilson more than anything. art's presence there made it a little more difficult of a catch than if let's say 2Y's was on him.

Keep in mind with Hayes as DC we will use some different coverages than we did under Cosh. For example, Hayes will likely use a lot more NFL concepts from his experience there. From what I understand one of the major issues under Cosh was that we would have lots of coverage wrinkles in the game plan (especially against teams like OSU), but on Saturday's many of them wouldn't be used much. This was a great frustration for Hayes and was for Burns as well.
