I wasn't hoping for aloft design or anything (ok, I actually was) but still wanted something a little bolder than the Garden Inn/Candlewood/HI look. That look is fine for downtown new development/old peoplesville but aggieville should be better.

Sorry, SD, probably not. I guess some guys were going around Manhattan looking for private investors. The rendo was scanned from the pamphlet.

they put up a fence around all the houses and apartments yesterday. demo coming soon
