there isn't a single flagship property in MHK, not just Marriott. No Hilton, Marriott, Westin/Sheraton, Hyatt. If there was going to be one it would be attached to that conference center but they just got a HGI. I don't think MHK is anywhere close to getting any of those. Would really like to see a 5k a night Hyatt Place though

the wichita hyatt is only 5k points. we get connecting rooms so lil sd has his one space and it's only 10k a night. pretty great.

The low numbers are on the other end of the floor. You'll want to avoid the rooms 420+.
