I've got an amazing self-monitoring system. Won't cuss around old people, cuss a fair amount when not around old people. I don't even have to think about it, it just happens.
what does "regular basis" mean? every other word? once a day?i think cussing shows your lack of iq. plenty of other words that you can use to show the same emotion, imo.

that doesn't mean that you're supposed to remember every (awesome) post about monkeys.
I once had a colleague tell me that raising your voice and/or swearing to prove a point only proves you have the ability to lose control of a situation.
