He was in the hospital in critical care last I knew. I'm not sure if he's died yet or not.

Yeah you can see an uncovered right eye and both nasal passages down to the bone. The image doesn't disturb me as much as thinking about the "act" of tearing a face off does. Which has now made me think about the movie "Face Off" man was John Travolta pissed off when he found that his face was removed. or was it Nicholas Cage that was pissed they stole his face. That's pretty rough ridin' intense to be sure. Anyone else notice that the victim is naked from the waist down in the photograph from the scene? Combine that with a totally naked perp lying next to him and can we safely assume not only was there a face-eating, but also an anal-raping? F-U-C-K that is hardcore. The victim must have been doped up out of his mind for this to have gone down the way it did, like basically comatose, or else dood knocked him out cold prior to.

Can you imagine waking up and being told somebody ate your rough ridin' face and probably butt-mumped you? Rhetorical. No, no you can't imagine that. Wait a sec, maybe guy chewed off his genitals too. I'm calling it right now. The victim wasn't pants-less for no reason.

You know, I thought about that too. It's bad enough he was eating live human face meat, but he was also chowing down on a full beard. That he could choke all that down without vomiting or some sort of chaser is really something. He would have been the best Fear Factor contestant ever.

Nah, you could still do demeaning things to the corpse, take photos and then post them on FB or twitter. Postmortem humiliation ftw.
