Insider 'otle corporate bro said the firm they used for the 'pon deal wasn't fully prepared for the massive number of people that participated, so some responses were delayed. But, it was also only during a set time frame during Monday, so if you did it that much later than everyone else, you snooze you lose, bros.

last night I was in line and looking for the coupon on my phone and when I got to the register I was like "meh, can't find the coupon.  i'll just pay for this one and use the coupon some other time."  and the chipotle guy was like "bro, I got you.  your coupon is still good, this one's on the house."
