What wine should I be drinking I drink malice, garnacha and Pinot pretty regularly.  Like spicy wines.

Side note: Think I need a vacuum seal because i usually drink it alone because my wife and I talked about things and decided to not subject our son to fetal alcohol.

some shiraz is spicy, I guess.

Don't like spicy wines much, so that is kinda as far as I go.

Rieslings are good noob wines, I've never graduated from Rieslings though.  Go to River City and ask for a glass of their riesling. I know they have one.

I learned, the other night, that there are 6 stages of rieslings that all have to deal with harvest time. :surprised:  the diff from the first stage to last stage is crazy as far as increased sweetness.  I like my riesling to be somewhere in the front half of that range.  the second half of that range is too sweet.

Wife is opposite.  :dubious:

My wife loves their riesling and their merlot is pretty decent too.
