I don't hate KU.  My bro-in-law went there and a lot of my friends go there.  Until a few weeks ago I was dead set on attending KU, actually.

The Big XII is a football conference.  The Big East and ACC are the two basketball conferences.

Don't act like you don't know this.  We don't think you're a bunch of idiots. We want to be in the same conference as the Jayhawks. We want to compete against you every year. But if your school is only committed to basketball, we don't really have a choice.

K-State has 7 conference titles, 0 national championsips, and is the poorest school in the Big 12.
