Currie doesn't have a master plan of reporting every small violation to build up good will with the NCAA to cash in later.  Currie has a master plan of hyper compliance investigation (with an addition of penny pinching to the point that FB players are tweeting about lack of socks) so he can find every small violation possible to report so he can rebuild his image (see resume) after the debacle at Tennessee under his watch.    That's it and that's all.
