good post(s) by belvis, although i think billy clyde is a shitty coach because he failed at kentucky.

He was a great success at Texas A&M, though. You could definitely do much worse than BCG. Just look at who we ended up with.

Great?  No.  In no way were his accomplishments at A&M great.

I'm not sure what you expect a coach to do in three seasons after inheriting a team with only one postseason appearance (NIT) and only 2 conference winning seasons in the 14 years prior to his arrival. The team he inherited finished 0-16 in Big 12 play.

Yeah, I know exactly what he accomplished.  The two best players he coached at A&M, and his only pros, were inherited. He did well there, very well, not great though.

Melvin Watkins' ability to not win a game with that roster is far more baffling than what bcg (or just about anyone) could do with it

Weber hard at work!

Just thought everyone would like to know. While on my way to the union this morning at about 730; I saw Coach Weber on a walk on his phone. Already hard at work at 7:30. I like. He just fits here, I see success on the horizon. It wont be long before everyone gives up on all the Frank talk!

It has nothing to do with Frank, at least not to me.  Typical tactic of the Currieites to divert the attention away from Currie's incompetence and onto Frank, however.

Precisely. My bro-in-law keeps on saying to me, "You are still a Frank lover" whenever I say something about Webster. I have told him at least 20 times, "Look, Webster was a crappy hire. You will see. It has nothing to do with Frank and it is nothing against Webster personally other than the fact that he took a great team to hell in less than 9 years. When Snyder did the opposite in football, it was hailed as a miracle. What do you want to call it when it goes from great to shitty in 9 years? A disaster? The hire was bad."

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Do other schools have this many insanely idiotic people that comprise their fan base?

It's hard to believe that we're not the dumbest, and by a wide margin, but I go back and forth.

None of them enjoy losing like we do, though.  We've got them all beat by a wide margin in that department.
