KMachos is one of two regular lunch spots for me when I’m in town doing BIGTIME business moves with my KC employees. Muy bien bonjour.

I've honestly never been to a J Alexander. There's one somewhat close to me in TX tho.

Dined at Kata Nori with mocat and some other friends before the KSU Cats hoops game last week. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Waldo Thai is easily my favorite food in kc.

Not even a big Asian/thai food person. It’s just so good, and I like that there’s always new options/seasonal stuff.

Waldo Thai is a little too fancy thai for my liking.  It's good, but it's not really up my alley when I want to eat thai.

For that, I usually go to THAI HOUSE off of holmes.

upon ordering my very first CHAMPION BURRITO from k-mach, I found myself wondering as I drove to pick it up, who is the champion that this deliciously decadent morsel of mexican madness was named after?

well folks, the answer to my question became abundantly obvious as I hit the halfway mark of consumption.  the CHAMPION in question is d-lew!  without his unabashed leadership in this space and floating around the idea that one day I may try this breathtaking burrito, I may never have!
