Went to F&P over the weekend and it exceeded expectations. Very good.

Also, talked to the bartender a bit and I don't think they're closing.

Hit up Westside Local for brunch yesterday. Always forget how much I enjoy that place. Their brunch menu has gotten quite large (sunday only)

Have 2 good friends who work there and they are legit good people who put a lot into the joint. Also great food and if you like desserts probably the besty in the area

Did the tikki over on troost for a weekday lunch and was fun. taco tuesday so $1.50 for a hard shell.

fun vibe with the students. Not a fan of ordering and paying for chips, salsa and queso. It's fine if you want to charge for chips/salsa (I guess) but if I order queso don't bring a separate basket of chips and charge me. waive the salsa charge and just charge me for the CCQ. Spent $10 for chips, salsa and cheese. But otherwise enjoyable.
