Yeah, the KS side has way too many college degrees in it vs the MO side. They're usually over paying for steaks at Texas Roadhouse vs cheap pizza. I would think they'd do better in a place like Independence.

Census numbers show it's close between primary KS counties (wyandotte & Johnson) at 227k bachelor/post-bach degrees and MO counties (jackson Clay Platte) at 215k. The 2.3M KC metro includes a lot of other counties on both sides but just took the biggest closest ones

it's a terrible location for reasons well beyond proximity to former customers. that said, i would like to know more about the location's ownership and the story behind them deciding to bring a location here.

I ate Pizza Shuttle way more in HS in Lawrence than I ever did in MHK. It was are go to place on Friday nights after the football games. I guess it does make a little sense.
